GARY PEARL
Gary displays a successful record as corporate practitioner and consultant in the design and implementation of human resource strategies to support the achievement of business goals, with an emphasis on organization development, performance management processes, organizational change strategies, reward and incentive plan design, team effectiveness and an alignment of employee performance to a focused and clear business strategy. He has also lead planning and actions to refocus an organization after change, downsizing, merger and acquisition emphasizing a restatement of business priorities, collaboration and teamwork and re-engaging the team to actions required for organizational success.
Prior to being a founding partner of Seak International Ltd in 1996, Gary served as Senior Vice President Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee for a leading worldwide consumer goods manufacturer.
Mr. Pearl is an experienced human resources executive with over thirty years of corporate human resources experience including worldwide human resources responsibility in addition to the twelve years as a principal in a consulting capacity. In his capacity as one of the principals for Seak International Mr. Pearl’s activities emphasize an alignment of organizational priorities and employee actions, employee skills and human resource processes. He utilizes a disciplined project management approach method that emphasizes clear diagnosis of issues, challenges and opportunities for our clients.
This upfront work ensures practical and focused recommendations and the design and implementation of solutions appropriate for each client. He was also a member of the executive committee for a worldwide consumer packaged goods outsourcing provider for serving leading personal care, cosmetics and household goods manufacturers. As a principal for Seak International, Gary has consulted with many well known organizations including Merck, Dial Corporation, Playtex Products, Western Union / First Data Corporation, SC Johnson, Bridgestone Firestone, Comair Airlines, Depository Trust Company, Publishers Clearing House, Con Edison and Outsourcing Services Group.
Gary earned his Masters Degree from Columbia University.
Gary serves as an advisor to Meadow Ridge Capital, an entrepreneurial private equity firm with an investment focus on smaller middle market food and packaging companies.
Deborah Eininger
Prior to being a founding partner of Seak International in 1996, Debbie had a successful track record of over twenty years of generalist corporate human resource experience including directing global organizational development activities for a leading worldwide consumer goods manufacturer.
Ms. Eininger has distinctive competence in instructional design and the development and execution of individual, team and organization learning strategies to improve human performance and create alignment to the organization’s vision, values and goals. Her specialized skills include strategic framework design and evaluation, facilitation, training needs analysis, curriculum design specific to the adult learner, and the capability of designing performance management programs to address the needs of the organization as well as the individual.
Ms. Eininger has led strategic human capital planning initiatives for divisions of Eastman Kodak, The Depository Trust Company, General Motors/United Auto Workers, American Online, Merck, MSNBC, Dial Corporation, Con Edison, Bridgestone Firestone, Outsourcing Services Group, and many other industries while in her consulting role with Seak International. Working with the CEO’s of Reckitt & Colman, Playtex Industries and Comair Airlines she designed learning strategies to align the skills of leaders and employees with organizational priorities.
She has designed employee surveys, competency models, and training needs assessments for companies that includes SC Johnson, Publishers Clearing House, Sherwin Williams/Minwax, WM Barr, and Western Union/ First Data Corporation. She has designed and facilitated experiential learning programs for Johnson Wax, Loral Skynet, American Shipping Company, Benjamin Moore Paints and was a keynote speaker for the Chemical Specialties Association. She has presented and implemented her learning systems in South Africa, East Asia, and Europe.

Deborah received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College, graduating in 3 years magna cum laude. She attended Fairleigh Dickinson University for her Master of Arts degree in Personnel and Counseling and received a Certificate in EEO Studies from Cornell University. Ms. Eininger is a certified Executive Coach and bi-lingual in German.
